Hi Ron, Regarding speeches at the Dinner, I would favour a larger number of short (3-5 min) speeches rather than a smaller number of long speeches. Judging by the bios that have come in, there are many interesting tales that could be told. Would it be sensible to simply see who out of the participants is interested in saying a few words? You could then choose from among these respondents as well as adding people that did not respond but that you think would be particularly suitable to speak. Cheers Leo
