It might be useful to have the EVENT LIST go to your full mailing list (rather than just the committee) because that may encourage some of the waiverers. When it comes time to organise name tags, it would be sensible to do these in BIG TYPE so as to avoid embarrassment in the inevitable cases when we don't recognise the faces. Cheers Leo
