After high school I studied Arts/Law at Sydney Uni, switched to Solicitors Admission Board and became an articled law clerk.
Married 19681, part time swimming instructor and Surf Life Saving Chief Instructor 1962 - 1972, Avalon Beach S.L.S.C., also Long Distance Running; Admitted Solicitor 1972; 3 children: Matina (Arts Teacher) Spero (Farmer), Alethea (Theatre/Drama).
Moved to Alstonville, Far North Coast NSW 1974 as Manager/Coach Olympic Swimming Pool then Squash Court proprietor and small legal office. Divorced 1993.
Married Sue (Teacher) 1995; 3 stepsons: James (Army - now in East Timor). Richard (P.E. Teacher) and Edward (Studying Town Planning/Environment - Uni of Qld,)
My Hobbies - 1940's film noir. reading, long distance bush-coastal walks, cycling; canoeing., swimming.
